Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC, part of Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Georgia. You will own the territory, grow existing accounts, and close deals that strengthen market presence and customer partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial sales, strong CRM skills, and are willing to travel 70%+. Base salary with commission offers uncapped earning potential and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with measurable success in expanding business.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong business and financial acumen with margin management experience.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy targeting high potential accounts across metals manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers, expanding presence in key market segments.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing, product positioning, and account strategy.
• Keep customers informed about industry and economic trends and Marmon/Keystone’s ability to help them stay competitive.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular territory performance updates, including pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights.
