Allegiant Business Group is seeking a motivated individual for an outside, territory-based sales role. You will meet business owners and employees in person as an independent contractor, enjoying schedule freedom while building your own market presence.

You'll learn to present benefit options, build long-term client relationships, and guide coverage choices with training provided. No prior insurance experience is required; attitude and hustle matter most.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
