Job summary

You will implement strategic plans, maintain a robust CRM pipeline, and collaborate with divisions to maximize revenue in your defined territory. A base salary plus commissions incentivizes performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and subsidiaries.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts, including competitor accounts.
• Collaborate to promote cross selling with specialty divisions.
• Prepare sales action plans and make client presentations.
• Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to develop pipeline.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
