Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three years of sales experience needed.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities required.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts, including competitor accounts.
• Collaborate with specialty division representatives for cross-selling.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Utilize Sales Force.com and CRM Tools to develop a pipeline.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
