Job summary

Techstyles Sportswear seeks a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the Chattanooga territory by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships. You will report to the VP of Sales and coordinate with customer service, art, production, and shipping to fulfill orders accurately and on time.

The role requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven quotas track record, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience in apparel/sportswear or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.
• Self-directed; able to manage time and priorities without daily oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across target segments: schools, athletic programs, team dealers, and more.
• Manage existing accounts; grow share of wallet through follow-up and servicing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in Salesforce.
• Present product line, capabilities, and pricing to prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues; escalate when necessary.
• Communicate new product launches, seasonal programs, and pricing updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; report field intelligence.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings as required.
