Job summary

Techstyles Sportswear is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive revenue across Tennessee. You will develop new accounts and manage existing relationships within the assigned territory, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates have strong prospecting and closing skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear, decorated goods, team dealer channel, or promotional products
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong prospecting and closing skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
• Self-directed; able to manage time and priorities without daily oversight

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across target segments: schools, athletic programs, team dealers, corporate accounts, retailers, promotional product distributors, and event organizers
• Manage existing accounts; grow share of wallet through consistent follow-up and proactive servicing
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in Salesforce
• Present product line, capabilities, and pricing to prospects and customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
