Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor of insulation and building products, seeks an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory and drive sales with uncapped earnings potential.

You will build relationships, present to customers, and aggressively grow sales while promoting the brand. A valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of outside sales experience are preferred, with knowledge of insulation/building science a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Understanding of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and territory prospects.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity.
• Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Process dealer orders and review acknowledgements using computer systems.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
