Job summary

QXO is seeking a results-driven outside sales professional to manage a territory and grow dealer accounts. You will build strong relationships, present solutions, and negotiate effectively while handling orders and customer requests.

A valid driver’s license is required and heavy travel is expected. Bonus points for knowledge of the insulation/building products industry and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
