Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative in the Covington area to build a new book of business through in-person calls to businesses. The role emphasizes acquiring new clients and retaining them, while collaborating with a dynamic team of supplemental insurance producers.

The position includes comprehensive training to connect with small and medium-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, and presenting leading supplemental insurance products.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• X years of sales experience preferred but not required; entry-level role with strong training provided
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Develop a new book of business through face-to-face sales calls with small and medium-sized businesses
• Meet with owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs and present solutions
• Manage leads, schedule meetings, and record activities in CRM
• Collaborate with sales team to set and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Visit potential clients in-person to nurture relationships and service existing accounts
• Maintain a consistent schedule and timely activity reporting to the sales manager
