Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory and build a client base through in-person visits to small and mid-sized businesses. You will train to present supplemental insurance products to business owners and benefits managers, maintaining relationships and pursuing growth across your territory.

You will work with a team of producers, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and hit weekly/quarterly targets while managing your schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study course provided).
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage client pipeline.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service clients.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team and manage your schedule.
• Record daily sales activity and update management on progress.
