Certus Home Services is seeking Outside Sales Professionals to build and own a territory with an assigned book of business. You’ll receive a company vehicle, leads, training, and a proven sales process to drive earnings through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business
• Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional, not a salesperson reading a script
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal to service kickoff
• Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow your income
• Follow up on every lead fast and consistently, most deals are won or lost in the follow-up, not the pitch
• Partner with our operations team to make sure every customer's first service experience is a great one
