Job summary

Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with uncapped commission potential and a company vehicle. You will manage an assigned territory, build a strong book of business, and drive revenue through proactive prospecting and upselling additional services.

The role offers a real path to leadership, comprehensive benefits, and structured training to help you succeed without prior pest control experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license with 5+ years driving experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Outside sales or commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Preferred, not required: background in home services or pest control. We will train you if no pest control experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business.
• Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional, not a salesperson reading a script.
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal to service kickoff.
• Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow your income.
• Follow up on every lead quickly; most deals are won or lost in the follow-up.
• Partner with operations to ensure every customer's first service experience is excellent.
