Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role; prior experience not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and transportation.
• Will undergo comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, cultivate relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily sales activity and performance metrics.
