Job summary

Altitude Development Group in Alabama seeks an energetic outside sales professional to grow with us in our territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services, in a face-to-face setting.

We provide extensive training, advancement opportunities, and ongoing professional development in a family-like culture. Travel is scheduled but not required; you will set your own hours within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Relevant outside sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a territory with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present products to groups of 50-100+ people when needed.
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs.
• Be present on calls and meetings with sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need resourcing.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Discuss monthly and quarterly targets with sales manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners.
• Set and submit weekly working hours to manager.
• Balance cold lead generation with warm leads and appointments.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
