Job summary

Altitude Group in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit businesses in your territory, present our supplemental insurance products, and build lasting relationships with owners and decision-makers.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and independence, with training, commissions, incentive trips, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities

• This is an outside sales position working in your own assigned sales territory.
• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, meet with owners/decision-makers, and present supplemental insurance products and services to employees.
• Develop and maintain a book of business; set monthly and quarterly targets with the sales team manager.
• Follow up on leads, balance cold calling with warm leads, and submit sales metrics daily.
