You will receive comprehensive training, use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and collaborate with a team to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Compensation includes weekly draw pay with commissions, benefits after 60 days, and clear paths for advancement in a culture of competition and success.

Competenze

• Background check required
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
