Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to cover your own sales territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions. This outside sales role focuses on field work, with training provided and a clear path to advancement.

You will set your own schedule, build a book of business, and pursue monthly and quarterly targets, using a blend of cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience (as described).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own assigned territory with face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and review monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and submit sales metrics daily.
• Schedule your own working hours and coordinate with your sales manager.
