Job summary

Altitude Development Group seeks a sharp, energetic salesperson to grow with us. This outside sales role covers your own territory, with training provided in a classroom and hands-on with a dedicated trainer.

Travel to other territories is possible but not required; you’ll meet business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services. You may have prior sales experience, but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing businesses to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Meet with owners, benefits managers, and employees for needs analysis.
• Set appointments, maintain a personal book of business, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and participate in ongoing training and territory development.
