Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its outside sales team across Alabama. The role focuses on calling on small- to mid-sized businesses, presenting supplemental insurance solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

You will undergo classroom and field training, then actively develop your own portfolio while meeting business owners and key decision-makers in your territory. Compensation is performance-based with draw, commissions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and personable with ability to build trust quickly.
• Willingness to engage with new business owners and decision-makers.
• Able to manage and grow a local client portfolio with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated territory and meet local business owners in person.
• Schedule meetings, conduct presentations, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture a client portfolio with ongoing activity updates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to the manager.
• Record daily sales activity and results.
