Job summary

Altitude Group in Alabama is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to be in the field, call on small and mid-sized businesses, and drive insurance solutions. You will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers to present Altitude's products and services.

You will build your own book of business, schedule your hours, and participate in comprehensive training. The role offers strong earning potential through commissions and incentives in a collaborative, goal-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Willingness to work in an outside sales, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
