Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive direct sales of supplemental insurance products across a regional territory. You will travel to small and medium businesses, present products face-to-face, and build lasting relationships with owners, managers, and employees.

You will manage your own schedule, call on new and existing clients, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while benefiting from training and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours) and travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales in your assigned territory and meet with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations to groups and individual stakeholders.
• Build and manage a personal book of business and target quota attainment.
• Set appointments, follow up on leads, and report metrics daily.
• Coordinate with sales team and manager on monthly and quarterly targets.
