Job summary

Altitude Group seeks a Direct Sales Representative to expand our presence in assigned territories. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, presenting supplemental insurance products and services in person.

This outside sales role rewards independence and strong relationship-building in a dynamic environment. You will drive lead generation, set appointments, and manage your own book of business while meeting targets and reporting activity weekly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline to manage a field schedule.
• Comfort with discussing insurance products and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to review needs.
• Set follow-up appointments and present solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets with your sales team manager.
• Submit sales metrics daily and balance cold and warm leads.
