Job summary

QXO seeks an Outside Sales Rep in San Antonio, TX to drive growth in insulation and building products within a 250-mile territory. You will represent our distribution division and aggressively grow sales while promoting the brand.

You will independently manage existing customers and prospect for new opportunities, delivering compelling presentations and negotiating deals to meet or exceed targets. A safety-sensitive role with travel up to 75% and a robust benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction or building products is a plus.
• Able to cover a territory within a 250-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in your territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity.
• Deliver presentations and negotiate deals to grow sales.
• Review dealer orders and process system acknowledgements.
