Job summary

QXO is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in Arlington, TX to grow our insulation and building products distribution business. You will manage your own territory, build relationships with customers, and drive sales with a base plus commission structure.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, knowledge of the building industry, and the ability to read construction drawings; travel up to 75% is required by territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in the territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity within 250 miles; travel up to 75%.
• Present, negotiate and communicate effectively with customers; process dealer orders and system acknowledgements.
