Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Utah is hiring an entry-level outside sales rep to build a new territory through in-person visits and client outreach. You will identify SMB opportunities, present supplemental insurance products, and work with a team to hit targets.

You will train extensively on products, CRM usage, and sales strategies, while arranging meetings with business owners and benefits managers to maximize retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person calls to businesses and new client acquisition.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to assess needs and present solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity in territory.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at end of each day.
