Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory. You will conduct in-person sales calls to businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, and drive new client acquisition and retention.

You'll receive comprehensive training, use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and work with a team focused on success. Licensing, transportation, and a driver's license are required or obtainable with company support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience or equivalent in sales.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and clients and track activity.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups to understand client needs and close deals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
