Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new territory. You will conduct in-person calls to acquire and retain clients, meeting business owners and decision-makers with industry-leading supplemental insurance offerings.

You'll receive full training, work with a driven sales team, and use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and track performance. Compensation includes draw, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.
• Willingness to obtain an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license where required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and track activity.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via multiple channels.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
