Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will engage with small and medium-sized businesses, presenting industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.

You will train to connect with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, aiming for new client acquisition and retention. Expect a performance-based environment with sales targets and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses in your territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Schedule meetings and handle client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily activity and collaborate with the team to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
