Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet business owners and decision-makers, presenting our supplemental insurance products and services.

The role emphasizes in-person visits, scheduling meetings, and hitting monthly and quarterly targets with training and ongoing development. Expect performance-based promotions and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within your own sales territory through in-person calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily sales activity and work with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
