Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet with small and medium businesses, present supplemental insurance products, and work with a team focused on growth and retention.

You will train in a structured program, visit clients in person, and use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and opportunities. A license in health and life insurance is required or you can obtain one with provided training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business within your territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio with targets.
• Record daily activity and progress with the sales manager.
