Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales rep to develop a new territory. You will train to connect with small and medium businesses, meet owners and benefits managers, and present industry-leading supplemental insurance products.

You will manage leads, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio while collaborating with the sales team to hit monthly targets. A driver’s license and license progression support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided and licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to small/medium businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text; schedule meetings with prospects.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Record activity and progress; work with sales manager to set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
