Qualifications

• Entry-level role with a comprehensive training program.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
