Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Tennessee is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business within a dedicated territory. The role centers on face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products and services.

You will receive comprehensive training and work with a team of fellow producers. You will build a client portfolio, hit targets, and manage leads in Salesforce while coordinating with your sales manager.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory with face-to-face meetings with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Record daily sales activity and maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to achieve growth in the territory.
