Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory by meeting with local business owners and presenting supplemental insurance products.

You will receive comprehensive training, work with a dynamic team, and manage your own client portfolio. The role includes scheduling meetings, leveraging Salesforce CRM, and pursuing monthly/quarterly sales targets with a draw pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory and meet business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and relationship with local businesses.
• Utilize CRM to curate leads, manage pipeline, and track activity.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales team; meet targets monthly/quarterly.
• Study and follow weekly schedules with sales manager guidance.
