Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to join our growing team in Tennessee. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, promote supplemental insurance products, and build your own client portfolio with ongoing training and support.

You'll target small and medium businesses across industries, with a focus on education, relationship-building, and a results-driven schedule.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your network.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Work with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily sales activity and stats.
