Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a defined territory across Tennessee. You will conduct in-person sales calls to businesses, focusing on new client acquisition and retention, with training provided to help you succeed.

As part of an energetic team of supplemental insurance producers, you’ll meet business owners and benefits managers, present industry-leading products, and build a growing client portfolio while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to clients
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Manage weekly schedule and report sales activity daily
