Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You’ll train to meet with business owners and benefits managers, presenting industry leading supplemental insurance products and services to drive client acquisition and retention.

You will work with a team of producers, learn to use our Salesforce CRM, and pursue aggressive sales targets while managing your own schedule and client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales within your own territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build a client portfolio
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Develop relationships with local business owners and re-service existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule, submit it to the manager, and record daily activity
