Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in the United States is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory. The role focuses on new client acquisition and retention through in-person visits to businesses, collaborating with a proactive team of supplemental insurance producers.

You will receive comprehensive training, meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers, and work toward meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of post-high-school work experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided.
• Successful completion of a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to develop a new book of business.
• Provide comprehensive training to connect with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
