Texas First Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our rental and purchase of equipment in the Van Alstyne area. You will develop an assigned territory, implement strategic sales plans, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager and Branch Manager to drive growth.

The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, sourcing new opportunities, and delivering timely contracts and bids while maintaining excellent service standards.

Competenze

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction equipment and rental industry.
• Strong selling techniques including prospecting, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret professional documents.

Mansioni

• Sell and market rental equipment and purchases.
• Provide service and support to existing customers and grow opportunities.
• Source new business opportunities in the territory.
• Prepare and present sales contracts/lease agreements.
• Prepare sales plans, reports, and daily call logs.
• Develop new accounts and maintain previous year’s accounts.
• Formulate bids for new and existing jobs and projects.
• Identify new contract opportunities and respond to referrals.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage orders.
