Job summary

Texas First Rentals (TFR) in Van Alstyne is seeking a full-time sales professional to grow our equipment rental and purchase business. You will develop territory plans, source new opportunities, and service an existing customer base to drive revenue.

You will work with the District and Branch Managers to execute the business plan, prepare contracts and bids, maintain records, and build lasting relationships while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market rental and purchase of equipment.
• Provide service and support of existing customer base.
• Source new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales contracts/lease agreements.
• Prepare sales plans, reports, expenses, and daily call reports.
• Develop new accounts and maintain accounts from previous year.
• Formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects.
• Identify and acquire new service contract opportunities.
