Job summary

Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a growing organization supplying architectural and specialty building components. This remote role targets developing new business, fostering long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with contractors, architects, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2+ years in outside sales within construction or related industries, strong communication skills, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Construction, architectural products, building materials, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with architectural drawings or project specifications is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business.
• Positive, professional, and career-focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new business within an assigned territory.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach.
• Maintain, strengthen, and grow an existing customer base.
• Prepare quotes and proposals based on architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Work closely with contractors, customers, and internal departments to review and coordinate orders.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle.
• Meet or exceed established sales and business-development objectives.
