Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our construction staffing solutions. You will pursue new clients, build relationships with GCs and subcontractors, and close deals for skilled labor, general labor, and payroll services.

You’ll work with the operations team to ensure job-site coverage and client satisfaction, travel to sites and offices, and eventually manage a home-based territory with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing sales or construction staffing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to prospect, chase opportunities and close new business.
• Comfortable visiting job sites, trailers and client offices.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Meet clients at job sites and offices to present staffing solutions.
• Close new business and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Manage a book of business and develop your territory from home base.
