Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is helping a leading recreation equipment manufacturer hire an Outside Sales Representative to own a geographic territory, promote products, and drive growth with architectural and recreational clients.

You will prospect, cold call, and build relationships with contractors, schools, and fitness facilities, delivering compelling Lunch and Learns and other presentations to small and large groups, while navigating long sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to government, education, construction or architecture preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage large groups.
• Highly activity-based selling (hunting, networking, cold calling).
• Ability to travel within the territory and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Base salary and uncapped commissions; full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Direct selling, promotion, and territory management.

• Deliver presentations to small and large clients (Lunch and Learns).
• Manage a longer sales cycle with a complex product.
