Quincaillerie Richelieu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region, managing relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers. Candidates must reside within the sales territory and drive sales in the field up to four days a week.

You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, and act as a business advisor to customers, using CRM to plan and optimize calls and follow ups.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales within building materials or construction preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to learn and use CRM to track activities and opportunities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and meet sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers in territory.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive sales growth and account retention.
• Deliver consultative sales discussions in-person and virtually, acting as a trusted advisor.
