Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the local business region and manage day-to-day activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as woodworkers. You will conduct consultative sales discussions in person and virtually, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers.

Candidates should be experienced in sales, self-directed, and comfortable with CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within building materials or construction industries.
• Eager to learn with a drive to achieve sales growth.
• Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork.
• Highly motivated, able to self-direct and plan.
• Proficiency with CRM to track activity, plan calls, and respond to customer requests.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Must have own transportation and travel 3–4 days per week, lifting up to 50 lbs.
