Job summary

Richelieu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region and manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as woodworkers in your territory.

You will engage in consultative sales discussions in person and virtually, serving as a trusted business advisor to customers and driving growth through strategic planning and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries.
• Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth.
• Knowledge or experience within building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.

Responsibilities

• Grow local business region and manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers.
• Engage in structured consultative sales discussions in person and virtually, acting as a business advisor to customers.
• Maintain relationships, plan visits, and use CRM to track activity and follow up on requests.
