Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business across cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and woodworkers within the territory. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, build relationships, and conduct consultative discussions in person and virtually.

Candidates must reside in the sales territory and be willing to travel three to four days per week, with a strong emphasis on CRM usage and Excel-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in building materials or related industries.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales growth.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with cabinet/furniture manufacturers and woodworkers in the territory.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions in person and virtually to grow revenue.
• Utilize CRM to track activities, plan calls, and follow up with customer requests.
