Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales footprint in Vermont. You’ll visit local businesses, present our range of workplace products, and tailorPricing and onboarding through MasonvilleGO. Collaboration with inside sales ensures smooth onboarding and growth across accounts.

You’ll work in a dynamic team culture, supported by regular branch meetings and growth opportunities in a family-like company with a century of history.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your territory to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer pricing to new customers.
• Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO and coordinate with inside sales.
