W.B. Mason is seeking a motivated Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in an assigned territory. You will engage with local businesses, demonstrate products, present pricing, and onboard new customers through MasonvilleGO.

You will collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams, participate in branch meetings, and grow the market with a consultative, energetic approach. A strong drive for success and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must read/write English fluent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in assigned territory to introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products and share pricing/tools to secure new accounts.
• Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO and ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to grow accounts.
• Attend regular branch meetings to stay connected and supported.
