Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales and grow our customer base in the assigned territory. You will meet local businesses, demonstrate our full range of workplace products, and tailor pricing to win new accounts, with support from inside sales and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Hit the road exploring your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services.
Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
